The first non-McCarthy family member to lead the company as its chief executive, Mike Bolen has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. In his current role, Bolen directs the company's strategic planning efforts.

Prior to the CEO position, Bolen was the company's Pacific Region President and served as executive vice president of operations and senior vice president of construction services. Bolen joined McCarthy's Phoenix office as a carpenter superintendent in 1981 and later was director of operations for McCarthy's parking division.

Derek Glanvill

Derek Glanvill currently serves as the corporate president and chief operating officer for McCarthy, overseeing all operations for the builder's divisions and affiliates. In addition to construction operations, he is responsible for all corporate functions including developing new market areas, overseeing employee training, human resources, information technology, risk management, corporate communications and enhancing safety and quality programs.

Prior to his current position, Glanvill served as executive vice-president for McCarthy's Midwest Division. He has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry and has focused on a broad spectrum of national and international markets.

In addition to his work at McCarthy, Glanvill actively participates in a wide variety of civic and charitable endeavors. Currently, he sits on both the board of directors and private sector infrastructure council for the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association, and is a member of the Regional Business Council, the Associated General Contractors and the Young Presidents Organization, among others. Further, he also serves on the board of directors for St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation Board, Wyman, a nationally recognized organization that prepares disadvantaged youth to lead successful lives and build strong communities, and the Make-A-Wish® Foundation Chapter for St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield.

Frances Choun

Frances Choun is a principal and vice president for the Northern Pacific Division. She develops and maintains business relationships with clients throughout the region.

Choun launched her career in architecture, where she developed an interest in the construction side of the business. Her exposure to the construction industry eventually led to her transition into the field. As an industry expert, Frances is regularly called upon by local media to address construction industry trends and has been published in both business and trade press.

In addition, Frances is the Immediate Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women - San Francisco board; Past President of the board of directors for the San Francisco Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center; and a member of the San Francisco chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Jim Curcio

She is Immediate past president for the St. Louis chapter of Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). In addition, Stacy is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women St. Louis and Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

Lee Jarboe

Kevin Kuntz

Kuntz spent 13 years in St. Louis where he ran the operations for the Midwest Division before moving to Atlanta to start the Southeast Division.

With nearly 33 years of experience in the construction industry, he began his construction career at McCarthy as a carpenter and has consistently excelled in a variety of positions including carpenter foreman, project superintendent, project manager, project director, senior vice president of operations, executive vice president of operations and executive vice president/regional manager.

Chappell served on the board of directors for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Orange County for nine years. He also served as executive committee and chairman of the Building Division for the AGC of California in 2000/2001.

Erin Valentine

Scott Wittkop, president of the new Central Division headquartered in St. Louis, oversees McCarthy operations in the states east of the Rockies as well as its healthcare, science and technology, and St. Louis business units.

Wittkop joined McCarthy as a project engineer in 1986. He has spent the last 23 years moving up through the ranks of the organization, relocating for the company nine times to manage projects around the Central Division. One of his most notable projects was the 1.4 million-square-foot Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado.

Ben Meyers, LEED AP

Meyers initially joined the San Diego division of McCarthy in 2006 as project director and a year and a half later was tapped to oversee business development for the division. Meyers brings to McCarthy nearly 30 years of experience in the general contracting and high-tech industries. He is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as president of the Oceanside Airport Association.

Randy Highland

Randy Highland brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his position as president of the Nevada/Utah Division. In this role, Highland oversees all company operations in the region and provides the necessary leadership to maintain McCarthy's established position as a community builder in Southern Nevada and to expand McCarthy's presence in Utah. He was promoted to President in 2004 after serving as executive vice president in McCarthy's Newport Beach office.

Highland is actively involved with the Associated General Contractors, United Builders and Contractors Association, National Association of Industrial Office Properties, and the Las Vegas Chamber Commerce. He also serves as a board member on the Clark County School District Community Advisory Board, UNLV Construction Management Advisory Board and as a Trustee for the Southern Nevada Carpenters Pension B and Apprenticeship Trust Fund.

Hall is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, Construction Specifications Institute, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers and the Associated General Contractors. Hall recently became a LEED Accredited Professional through the USGBC.

Jim Contratto

Cam Walker

As a fourth generation Nevadan, Walker has worked with all state and local governments and has been actively involved in a large variety of projects throughout Southern Nevada.

Walker takes great pride in the community and has served 10 years as a hospital foundation board member and officer. Additionally, he served as the vice chair of the city council finance advisory committee for his community and has served on four ballot question drafting committees.

Jerry Schreiber

Throughout his tenure with MGM Mirage, Yeomans successfully directed the construction activities and capital improvements of Las Vegas MGM Mirage properties as well as the Beau Rivage and Gold Strike properties in Mississippi. Ryan Freeman

Along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Freeman has 10 years construction operations experience, the last four being at McCarthy. Rising through the ranks from Project Engineer to Manager, he worked on a wide variety of project types including healthcare, higher education, industrial and commercial. Freeman now utilizes that practical construction experience in business development to provide value and insight to McCarthy customers.

Ryan is involved with the St. Louis Construction Careers Center helping develop the construction work force of tomorrow.
