The first non-McCarthy family member to lead the company as its chief executive, Mike Bolen has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. In his current role, Bolen directs the company's strategic planning efforts.
Prior to the CEO position, Bolen was the company's Pacific Region President and served as executive vice president of operations and senior vice president of construction services. Bolen joined McCarthy's Phoenix office as a carpenter superintendent in 1981 and later was director of operations for McCarthy's parking division.

Derek Glanvill currently serves as the corporate president and chief operating officer for McCarthy, overseeing all operations for the builder's divisions and affiliates. In addition to construction operations, he is responsible for all corporate functions including developing new market areas, overseeing employee training, human resources, information technology, risk management, corporate communications and enhancing safety and quality programs.
Prior to his current position, Glanvill served as executive vice-president for McCarthy's Midwest Division. He has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry and has focused on a broad spectrum of national and international markets.
In addition to his work at McCarthy, Glanvill actively participates in a wide variety of civic and charitable endeavors. Currently, he sits on both the board of directors and private sector infrastructure council for the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association, and is a member of the Regional Business Council, the Associated General Contractors and the Young Presidents Organization, among others. Further, he also serves on the board of directors for St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation Board, Wyman, a nationally recognized organization that prepares disadvantaged youth to lead successful lives and build strong communities, and the Make-A-Wish® Foundation Chapter for St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield.

Choun launched her career in architecture, where she developed an interest in the construction side of the business. Her exposure to the construction industry eventually led to her transition into the field. As an industry expert, Frances is regularly called upon by local media and invited as a speaker on panels to address construction industry trends and has been published in both business and trade press.
In addition, Frances is the Immediate Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women—San Francisco chapter; Past President of the board of directors for the San Francisco Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center; and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Having on-site experience in a wide range of project types (healthcare, education and water/wastewater plants to hospitality and office buildings) gives Bo Calbert the background to oversee McCarthy's presence in the Southwest. During his career with McCarthy, Calbert has worked in four McCarthy divisions, and held a variety of positions including project engineer, project manager, project director and vice president, operations. As President of the Southwest Region for the last ten years, McCarthy’s presence has grown in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah with revenue growing from $200 million to $700 million. McCarthy continues to provide service to the firm’s traditional markets and is expanding into renewable energy and industrial markets.

A 34-year veteran of the construction industry, Kevin Kuntz is responsible for all McCarthy activities in the Southeast Division. He began in the industry working for his father's general contracting firm as an iron worker and a carpenter. Upon joining McCarthy, he traveled around the country building healthcare and research facilities. Kuntz spent 13 years in St. Louis where he ran the operations for the Midwest Division before moving to Atlanta to start the Southeast Division.

This includes 10 years in project management roles within the commercial and industrial construction markets as well as four years in project development and corporate strategy.
Molen serves on the board of the Kirkwood, Missouri Industrial Development Authority and is a founding member and past chairman of the Wyman YLB Board. He is also involved with the AGC of St. Louis and is the past chairman of the New Membership Policy Committee. He is a 2007 graduate of the Construction Leadership Institute at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.

He has spent the last 26 years moving up through the ranks of the organization, relocating for the company nine times to manage projects around the Central Division. One of his most notable projects was the 1.4 million-square-foot Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
