Interview Process
Like our people and the schools we visit, our college recruiting program is diverse.
No doubt about it. We are selective about the employees that we hire. Our intern applicants will go through a detailed interview process to join our firm. Because we transition many of our interns to full-time employees after they graduate, we want our interns to go through a similar process to college graduates as they interview. We hope you see that this diligence will ensure a great fit between you and us.
Here is an overview of the basic steps that will occur:
If we actively recruit at your university, we will likely arrange an interview with you on campus. Once that step is complete, we will arrange for you to visit a McCarthy office. As you review our locations, please let us know which region you would prefer to work in, and we will do our best to coordinate.
Your visit to a McCarthy office will include meetings with team members and operations leaders. Our goal will be to learn as much as we can about you, what you have done, and what you want to do. We will do our best to share the same information about us. Be yourself and ask tough questions. It is important that you get the information that you need. After this visit, we will extend offers to join our firm. These offers will be contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test.
