Interview Process
Like our people and the schools we visit, our college recruiting program is diverse.
So, too, are the detailed interview steps that new graduates will go through to join our firm. Here is an overview of the basic steps that will occur:
If we actively recruit at your university, we will likely arrange an interview with you on campus. Once that step is complete, we will arrange for you to visit a divisional office. As you review our locations, please let us know which region you would prefer to work in, and we will do our best to coordinate.
Your visit to the divisional office will include meetings with team members and operations leaders. Our goal will be to learn as much as we can about you, what you have done and what you want to do. We will do our best to share the same information about us. Be yourself and ask tough questions. It is important that you get the information that you need. After this visit, we will extend offers to join our firm. These offers will be contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test.
