Performance Bonus–

  • Automatic enrollment at 3% of base salary
  • Pre-tax savings of 1%–50% of base salary

  • McCarthy contributes: 3% of base pay (guaranteed) each year

Short-Term Disability:

  • 1- 2 years of service: 2 weeks pay
