PROJECT DETAILS

140,000-sf interior mall finishes during phase I and tenant improvement/retail expansion for phase II. This fast-track project, which had to open with the Stratosphere Grand opening, consisted of a multi-themed mall build out and the tenant shell spaces. Included was an Eiffel Tower replica that had to be built over the Escalators at the main entrance from the Casino to the Mall.
