PROJECT DETAILS
This higher education construction project from McCarthy includes a 40,000-sf biomedical facility renovation. Phase I included adding a mid-floor between the existing buildings 23' ceiling and floor. Phase II included modifying 31,100-sf of existing shell space into medical classrooms, laboratories, hospital simulation spaces, offices and study rooms.
