PROJECT DETAILS
40,000-sf biomedical facility renovation. This phase included adding a mid-floor between the existing buildings 23' ceiling and floor. Phase II is currently under construction and includes modifying 31,100 sf of existing shell space into medical classrooms, laboratories, hospital simulation spaces, offices and study rooms.
