PROJECT DETAILS
Two 315,000-sf, 15-story steel frame high rise office buildings including a mechanical room on the roof level that house two chillders and small boilers for climate control.
A smoke control system was utilized when building the structures. It was designed to pressurize the stairs and control the static pressure on every floor during the event of a fire.
Both structures have Italian travertine exteriors. The lobbies in the two-story atrium are also Italian travertine. The project included various site work and a surface parking lot with 372 parking spaces.
