PROJECT DETAILS
The 145,000-sf, four-level, 317-car parking structure is actually one of two parking structures McCarthy built on the 504-acre site of The Irvine Company's Pelican Hill Resort Golf Club.
The 317-car structure is for the Golf Club. It is a post tensioned, long span, cast-in-place concrete, partially subterranean parking structure with two-way concrete shear walls, plaster façade enhancements and artificial turf on the roof.
The other parking structure was a 260,000-sf, 537-car garage for the Hotel at the resort.
