PROJECT DETAILS
The 266,000-sf, 185-bed acute care facility has eight floors with seven above ground. The facility includes imaging, cardiology, surgery and other departments.
A medical office building houses patient registration, a radiology department and lab facilities. The hospital uses state-of-the-art data and telecommunications technology and an environmentally sensitive power plant.
The building features a healing garden area and has mostly private beds. Another new feature at the hospital is a helipad behind it.
The hospital was planned with a design-assist team led by McCarthy and its healthcare construction team.
