PROJECT DETAILS

121,000-sf, six-story addition of new shell space and 22,800-sf of renovations including upgrade MEP systems and add new bridge connections for the north and south buildings on the third and fourth floors in the existing structure. The new structure was constructed to resist a 100 lbs blast at street level.
