1,440,000-sf, nine-story replacement facility on the Fitzsimons campus including, 270 inpatient beds, diagnostic and surgery facilities, outpatient clinics, medical staff and administrative offices, office building and support service areas, behavioral health building, research with BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratory, data center, and two parking garages for 1,200 cars.
