	SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY	McCarthy has built more than 100 complex research facilities over the last 25 years. 	PARKING	Since the advent of the modern parking structure in the 1960s, McCarthy has been America ’s leader in parking construction. We have delivered more than 220,000 parking spaces in over 300 facilities and have extensive experience with poured-in-place post-tensioning, pre-stressed precast concrete and steel frames.
	INDUSTRIAL	MC Industrial, an independent McCarthy Company, builds anything in the dirty and clean manufacturing industry. We know how to safely and efficiently get the job done. Our award-winning commitment to safety means peace of mind for our clients and their employees when MC Industrial is on site.
	HIGH PERFORMANCE/GREEN	Constructing high-performance buildings is nothing new for McCarthy. We are actively working with the United States Green Building Council to better define building guidelines and striving to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for a variety of projects with our in-house LEED accredited professionals.
	HEAVY/CIVIL	From cable-stayed bridges and complex highway interchanges, to wastewater treatment plants and port facilities, McCarthy's heavy/civil project roster is diverse. McCarthy's own crews self-perform all concrete work on our projects, providing superior quality and improving our ability to carefully control our client's project schedules and budgets.
