McCarthy Heart Hats Grant Program
Welcome to McCarthy's grant process. Our goal is to create a difference in the communities we serve through our Heart Hats program. It's our way of giving back by donating time, talent, and money where it's needed most.

To be eligible for a McCarthy Heart Hats grant, the requesting organization must have a McCarthy employee as a sponsor. That individual must be actively involved in the organization either through financial support or personal commitment of time.
Additionally, McCarthy has chosen children's charities as our charitable mission. Children are our future, and we want to support (through financial and in-kind funding) organizations and activities that help create healthy, inspiring and respectful environments for our community's children.
Generally, contributions are not made to the following types of organizations or activities:
- Organizations that are not designated tax-exempt by the Internal Revenue Service
- Individuals or family members
- Politicians or political committees
- Religious organizations
- Organizations with a limited constituency, such as fraternal or social groups
- Athletic organizations
- Public or private schools
Our Grant Committee makes decisions on applications twice a year in January and June. If you feel you meet the qualifications above, please complete our electronic application form.

Thanks for your interest in McCarthy's Heart Hats program. We give of our time and talent for one simple reason: It's the right thing to do. To us, Heart Hats is more than donating money. It's about creating personal relationships beyond the projects we build. More than merely serving a community, we're here to become part of it. Read the information to the left. If your organization is doing great things for children in your community and McCarthy people are personally supporting your efforts, we invite you to complete an application form.
