“A lot of companies promise you the moon when they are trying to get your job…all I can say is the moon is shining bright over our new Science Center…McCarthy has delivered!”
- Robin Morris, Ph.D., vice president for research and Regents, Professor of Psychology, Georgia State University

In its quest to become one of the nation’s premier urban research universities, Georgia State is building a new University Science Center on its campus in downtown Atlanta.
Officials of McCarthy Building Companies recently gave students of Patrick Henry High School a behind-the-scenes tour of the $260 million Rady Children’s Hospital Patient Care Pavilion job site in San Diego. The tour was held in conjunction with the ACE Mentoring Program of America, a unique partnership with building industry professionals and school educators who work together to inform young students about the various career opportunities available within the architectural design, engineering and construction fields.
