Top Out Ceremony Held on the Headquarters for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
McCarthy topped out construction today on KDC’s office complex project, the headquarters for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) in Richardson. The scope of this 1,050,000-square-foot project will include a 15-story and a seven-story office tower, as well as a 3,500 car parking structure. KDC is one of America’s leading commercial real estate firms.
