McCarthy Central Division President Scott Wittkop will receive the Gold-level award during the AHA 2011 Metro St. Louis Start! Heart Walk opening festivities on Saturday, May 14 in Busch Stadium. Start! Fit-Friendly Companies are recognized by the AHA as employers who go above and beyond when it comes to employee health.

McCarthy Propels Employee Training in the Construction Industry to the National Stage Again
McCarthy was honored this week with a 2011 Corporate University Xchange (CorpU) Award for Excellence and Innovation. This award recognizes outstanding work in corporate learning and talent development and comes on the heels of McCarthy’s placement on the prestigious 2011 Training 125 list earlier this year. The awards were presented during the Global Leadership Congress 2011, a 3-day symposium co-sponsored by CorpU and the University of Pennsylvania. A first-time applicant, McCarthy was honored with a Best Practice award in the Launching Category.
