The award was presented during the Training 2012 Conference & Expo in Atlanta, recognizing the top companies based on excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. For the second year in a row, McCarthy was honored with placement on the prestigious list, moving up 102 spots from 112th in 2011 to 10th in this year’s ranking.

McCarthy Expansion Selected as ENR Texas & Louisiana’s ‘Best Project’
Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas and Louisiana has announced the winners of the 2011 Best Projects award program, naming The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Albert B. and Margaret M. Alkek Hospital Expansion in Houston as the region’s Overall Best Project. Completed by the Texas Division of McCarthy in 2011, the Alkek Hospital expansion project was chosen out of more than 100 project entries in 17 categories to win the best overall title. The project is now entered into ENR’s national competition to select the nation’s top project.
