McCarthy (www.mccarthy.com) achieved final completion of the Unified Plant Expansion UP05B project, a 25.5 million gallon per day wastewater treatment plant located at 91st Avenue in Phoenix. The project was turned over to the city of Phoenix Water Services Department, which will operate and maintain the facility.
