McCarthy Ranks Third on Dallas-Fort Worth’s 2009 Top 100 Workplaces
McCarthy was recently honored with the number three spot on the 2009 Top 100 Workplaces by The Dallas Morning News. McCarthy was also selected as the top winner in the category for Best Company Direction. Pitching in at Pathways—Heart Hats does it again!
The Salvation Army’s ten-year-old Pathways program facility in Las Vegas recently received a much needed face-lift from McCarthy Heart Hats volunteers. Pathways is a residential group home that houses and assists mentally challenged and chronically ill homeless adults with their day to day needs in addition to providing resources to help residents become more active in society.

McCarthy Wins Keystone Award for Federal Reserve Bank Project
The St. Louis Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) recently honored McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. with a 2009 Project of the Year Keystone Award for the renovation and expansion of The Federal Reserve Bank located in downtown St. Louis. McCarthy received the award in the $40 million or more General Contractor/Construction Manager-Building Construction category.

Major Expansion Completes at Mission Hospital
Project wins industry award for high-level use of Building Information Modeling
McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., recognized as one of the nation’s largest builders of healthcare facilities, recently completed construction of the $153 million Patient Care Tower at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. Built next to the existing Mission Hospital tower at the southeast corner of Crown Valley Parkway and Medical Center Road, the new four-level patient tower was completed ahead of schedule and opened on November 15, 2009.
