New $260 Million Rady Children’s Hospital Patient Care Pavilion On Track To Be One Of California’s First LEED Certified OSHPD Facilities

McCarthy Selected for CM-at-Risk Project for Tarrant Regional Water District

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. (www.mccarthy.com) a Texas builder since 1980, has been selected to provide construction services on the Richland-Chambers Phase II Wetland Expansion Project for Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD), one of the largest raw water suppliers in Texas.  The project is one of the first public sector water treatment construction projects in Texas to utilize the CM-at-Risk (CMAR) delivery method, a process by which the construction manager seeks to develop better solutions through collaboration with owners and engineers during the design phase.

McCarthy Constructs Pavilion for Atlanta Ronald McDonald House

Atl ARMH Pavilion 3McCarthy is working hard to improve the Greater Atlanta community on and off the construction site.  This week, employees from McCarthy’s Southeast Division finished construction of a pavilion the organization is donating to the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House on Gatewood Road.  The project is part of McCarthy’s national “Heart Hats” community involvement program, and is one of a series of community outreach activities planned during the upcoming months.

Construction Milestone Reached at Soka University’s New Performing Arts Center and Academic Facilities Project

Soka University of America is holding a celebration on September 29 to commemorate placement of the final roof truss on its new Performing Arts Center which is approximately 50% complete. Being constructed by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.,  the project is located on 1.9 acres at 1 University Drive between Founders Hall and Pauling Hall on the Soka University campus.
