The Texas Division of McCarthy has moved its Dallas headquarters from 14131 Midway Road to Coit Central Tower, located at 12001 North Central Expressway in Dallas. The firm will be moving 41 employees from its current office that spans approximately 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet of office space. Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading integrated financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, represented McCarthy in the transaction.

M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Alkek Hospital Expansion Tops Out
McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., one of the nation’s leading healthcare builders, recently topped out on The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Albert B. and Margaret M. Alkek Hospital expansion in Houston. The scope of this $220-million project will add 12 levels to the existing 12-level Alkek inpatient tower.
Construction Begins on Kaiser Permanente’s New Replacement Hospital in Inland Empire
McCarthy, one of Southern California’s preeminent healthcare builders, is beginning construction on a new hospital, central plant and support building for Kaiser Permanente in Fontana. Located on the southern end of the existing Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center site, the hospital facility will replace the existing hospital tower at the campus which will later be converted for outpatient use. The project, designed by HMC Architects, officially begins construction during a groundbreaking ceremony held by Kaiser Permanente on May 8.
McCarthy Saddles Up At Bike Rodeo
Members of McCarthy’s Las Vegas Heart Hats team recently saddled up to lend a helping hand to the company’s Focus School partner Paradise Professional Development School for its first ever Bike Rodeo. Designed to educate parents and children about bike safety in a fun and exciting way, more than 50 elementary school students took part in the outdoor event.
Forensic Science Facility Nears Completion
Executives from McCarthy’s Texas Division, architect HKS and the Southwestern Institute for Forensic Science gathered today for an appreciation luncheon recognizing all of the hard work that has gone in to the Dallas County Institute for Forensic Science.
