In 1913, the Scott County Courthouse was the first of four courthouses built by McCarthy in our home state of Missouri. We took that experience and expanded our state and local government building expertise all across the United States and included jails, office buildings, roads and railways, bridges, postal offices, police and fire stations and much more.
