Four-story, 268,255-sf tower expansion with the fourth floor being shell space; including first floor main entrance, focus on outpatient services, new emergency department; second floor women's care services, 14 new labor-delivery-recovery units, birthing rooms, newborn intensive care units, operations rooms and new recovery room; MRI addition, third floor 96 private rooms, lobby, gift shop, food court and a rooftop helicopter pad.
Six-story, 150,000-sf Medical Office Building and 14,000-sf addition to second floor.
Six-story, 35,000-sf East Tower addition and renovation; outpatient, women's care center, emergency room service and day surgery.
