PROJECT DETAILS
Located on campus at the corner of College Avenue and University in Tempe, the Foundation project included a six-story 140,000-sf office building, a 1,200-space parking structure, and a two-story 15,000-sf retail component. The Foundation will use nearly 46,000-sf of the office building to consolidate its business operations and staff. Approximately 90,000-sf is leased to ASU, providing the University with much needed on-campus office space, and reducing the need for off-campus leasing.
The project obtained a green building LEED certification.
