W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences

This massive project featured the construction of a 988,000 square-foot, 33-story building with 252 hotel rooms, 73 luxury condos and an accompanying 15-story tower with 82 luxury residential units. This award-winning project is just one example of how McCarthy leads the hotel construction industry.

Pinnacle Entertainment - Lumiere Place

In St. Louis, we constructed this 362,000 square foot, 200 room hotel. Also featured in the project was a 73,000 square foot casino, 179,000 square feet of retail space, and a six level, 1,406-car parking structure.

Estancia La Jolla Resort and Spa

We are not just builders of high rise hotels and entertainment complexes. This California-mission style hotel and conference center is a sprawling, 191,958 square foot project featuring 210 rooms and extensive underground parking, showing our versatility as hotel builders.
