PROJECT DETAILS

The 3,650-seat Kodak Theater at Hollywood & Highland^®, the world’s first live broadcast theater, serves as the permanent home to the annual Academy Awards© ceremony. Located at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue in the heart of Hollywood, Hollywood & Highland is hailed as the “jewel in the crown” of a historic neighborhood in the midst of a rebirth. The complete development combines world-class retail and restaurants with nightclubs, movie theaters, accessed via sweeping walkways and streetscapes.
