More than 800 project teams submitted entries to one of 10 Engineering News-Record regions with more than 200 regional winners then being considered for national recognition as the “Best of the Best."
The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System Replacement Hospital was recognized as the Best Health Care Project in the nation.
Constructed by the McCarthy and Clark Construction team, the facility was designed and built for resiliency in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. This important healthcare facility will serve our nation's heroes for years to come.
