McCarthy Constructs New Johnson Controls $150 Million Engineering and Test Facility

McCarthy recently started work on a $150 million Johnson Controls Applied Development and Engineering Center in Hopewell Township, near York, Pennsylvania. The center will consolidate testing facilities spread out over Johnson Controls’ existing campus, located 15 miles north in York, into a new state-of-the-art facility. The project is a joint venture between McCarthy, PJ Dick, and Stewart & Tate Contracting.
