A 256,700-square-foot, six-level, 750-car, fully sprinkled, shear wall parking structure with a helipad on its roof. 

The garage adjoins the new Police Department building built by McCarthy and provides access to Sallyport for prisoner transfer to jail.

The California State University, Los Angeles Student Housing East project consists of a new, 380,000-gross-square-foot, 7-story student housing facility.

Drawing inspiration from the rich history of Rancho Los Amigos and a historic mission-style building on-site, the structures encircle a central plaza defining the heart of this campus. 

The Orange County Water District Ground Water Replenishment System treats up to 100-million gallons of wastewater per day.

The project included demolition of the existing CUP as well as construction of a new steel-framed replacement CUP with a 20,000-ton cooling capacity.
