Tracy Leonard is a 6th period Apprentice on the Real-Time Location System (RTLS) Device install at Mayo Clinic. She is responsible for Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and maintaining housekeeping while ceiling devices are installed in nearly every room in the hospital, both critical and non-critical spaces. She has worked in a number of healthcare facilities around Maricopa County in Arizona (Honor Health, Banner, Mayo, Dignity) and many diverse areas of the hospitals (ICU, OR's, MRI/CT, ER, Labs). She also attended the 2018 "Tradeswomen Build Nations" seminar in Milwaukee with the 'Sisters in the Brotherhood.' Her ability to work construction in medical facilities has complimented her 25-plus years of experience in the medical field. She has been a key part of our success on the RTLS project and her attention to detail has led to zero reported ICRA issues from the hospital. "I take pride in my work and proud to represent the company I work with!" - Tracy
