Edward Jones 201 Progress Parkway
This project for Edward Jones was a fast-track, two-phase renovation of an existing 125,000-square-foot building to a Class A office space. More than just a typical building renovation, the project involved extensive demolition and structural work including removal of two existing floor expansion joints on three floors and structural connections to tie three sections of the building together across these joints, two three-level bumpout additions to the building and structural floor upgrades to accommodate a future vault room.
Extensive interior and exterior renovations were completed including: updating core areas consisting of conference rooms, break rooms, mail rooms and electrical/telecommunications rooms; finish of interior of shell and open office space; two-level atrium at new entry; full service cafeteria; replacement of all interior underground sanitary sewer piping; complete roof removal and replacement; new dock construction including canopy; rehab of two existing generators; concrete patios and sidewalks; and landscaping.
