Lumiere Place Casino & Hotel

The Pinnacle Lumiere Casino and Four Seasons Luxury Hotel project in downtown St. Louis represents the largest single private-investment development in the City of St. Louis and has revitalized the north side of the City.  

McCarthy's hotel construction team built the 326,000-square-foot, 200-room Four Seasons Hotel (the only five-star hotel in St. Louis); 73,000-square-foot casino; 179,000-square-foot retail space; six-level, 1,406-car, 650,000-square-foot parking structure; pedestrian bridge/tunnel; and restaurants including SLeeK Steakhouse, Burger Bar, The Kitchen Buffet and Bistro, and Asia.

A fast-track schedule and the logistics of a tight site made this a challenging build. McCarthy self-performed all structural concrete forming, reinforcing, post-tensioning and placing with the exception of flatwork. Castle Contracting provided mass excavation, grading and site utilities for this project, contributing to the success of this project.
