Nicole Maas

Nicole Maas is Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for McCarthy’s Southwest region, where she leads a regional and national team on project strategy, teaming, and delivering solutions across diverse, complex markets.   

With nearly two decades in the construction industry, Nicole has driven growth through digital and departmental transformations while building high-performing BD and marketing teams nationwide. She is actively engaged in the community, recently serving as Vice Chair of Valley Partnership, holding leadership roles with HonorHealth Desert Mission, and co-founding a charity golf tournament that raised over $1 million for nonprofits.
