Jaren Murphy

Jaren leads strategic client partnerships across the country that support the growth of McCarthy’s water and wastewater program. Prior to serving as director, business development, Jaren led some of McCarthy’s most complex and technical projects in the field. His experience with project operations and execution gives him a unique industry perspective and ability to creatively partner with our clients to make their project goals a reality. Jaren has a passion for communication and leadership within a team to provide an environment where innovation and performance can exceed expectations. 

Based in Arizona, Jaren serves clients across the country from California to Texas and is well versed in collaborative delivery procurement methods such as Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University and is a member of the Water Environment Federation, the Arizona Water Association, American Water Works Association, and Design-Build Institute of America.
