Justin McFarland serves as Chief Digital Officer for McCarthy Holdings, Inc., the parent company of McCarthy Building Companies and related businesses, and the oldest privately held national construction company in America. Based in St. Louis, Justin leads McCarthy’s enterprise digital strategy, aligning technology, data, artificial intelligence, and innovation to drive growth, operational excellence, and measurable business value across the organization.
Previously, Justin served as Chief Administrative Officer, providing executive leadership across multiple corporate functions with responsibility for strategy, execution and culture. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Information Technology, leading the company’s technology modernization and innovation agenda. In 2022 Justin was recognized as the St. Louis ORBIE CIO of the Year for his achievements.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning construction, manufacturing, distribution and consulting, Justin is a pragmatic enterprise leader who connects strategy to execution. He holds a BSBA and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
