Mike Stapf

As Senior Vice President, Mike leads business development and project delivery for McCarthy’s healthcare projects in the St. Louis region. Since joining McCarthy in 2000, he’s partnered with clients and teams to deliver some of the Central Region’s most complex projects.

With a focus on collaboration and proactive design integration, Mike brings together owners, designers, and builders to align early and drive successful outcomes on healthcare projects. His leadership in using Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) helps reduce risk, increase value, and improve predictability for clients.

Mike is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America – Mid-America Region and the U.S. Green Building Council. He holds a bachelor’s in construction management with a business minor from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
