Alicia Shah

Alicia is a Business Development and Financial Analyst for EQUIP, based in McCarthy’s St. Louis office. In this role, Alicia assists with managing and forecasting EQUIP’s sales pipeline, and developing strong partnerships with internal business leaders, influencers, project teams and users. 

Since joining McCarthy in 2016, Alicia has worked in the field as a Project Administrator, gaining knowledge of how McCarthy executes projects using a “one-team” approach. In 2018, she secured an opportunity to stretch into a new role with EQUIP, taking on procurement-related responsibilities on Healthcare and Science & Technology projects. She now brings that Operations experience to Business Development for the EQUIP business unit. 

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
