Allen Gershenson

Allen has worked in compliance-related roles for more than 20 years. Initially focusing his efforts in the field on heavy civil, highway, water and energy projects, Allen later shifted to a corporate role, managing risk mitigation and employee education. Joining McCarthy Holdings, Inc. in 2017 as the Director of Corporate Governance, Allen is responsible for overseeing the company’s Ethics and Compliance Department while also serving as the company’s Corporate Ethics and Compliance Officer. Allen’s responsibilities are diverse, as he continues to focus his efforts in working with his partners to create a best-in-class ethics and compliance program. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School. He is a member of the California State Bar.
