McCarthy completed two stand-alone parking structures for Santa Clara County VTA under a design-build delivery, one to serve the new Milpitas Station and one to serve the new Berryessa Station.

Preconstruction and Construction services for a new six-level, 1,046-stall at-grade cast-in-place parking structure to serve Phase 1 of Irvine Company’s newest office campus development.

Now underway, the largest component of the mall expansion consists of 650,000 square feet of new retail space, including an expanded Apple Store and a new Bloomingdales department store.

The project will be designed with an emphasis on daylight, collaborative areas, private offices for faculty, flexible learning spaces and technology-enabled smart laboratories and classrooms.

A complete redevelopment and expansion of an existing junior high school campus into a new middle school to serve 1950 students.

A three-story, 50,000-square-foot science classroom building at the north end of the Cañada College campus, which will include lab spaces and faculty offices. 

New two-story, 20,000-square-foot structural steel building (Chase Bank) and one-story, 7,000-square-foot steel building (Bank of America).

Renovation and construction of a performance auditorium, student dressing rooms, lobby areas and a new exterior.
