SELF-PERFORMANCE DRIVES GREAT EXPERIENCES
No one knows more about building parking structures than McCarthy.
PARK YOUR PROJECT WITH CONFIDENCE
Hundreds of projects and millions of square feet later, we have the resources and expertise you need to succeed — whatever the challenge. When you’ve focused on parking structure design and construction as long as we have, you know what it takes to meet cost, quality, schedule and safety goals: self‑performance.
THE KEY TO GREATER CONTROL
Self-performance is the foundation of every structured parking project at McCarthy. For starters, we have an in-house team of builders, architects and structural engineers with deep experience in designing parking structures that optimize the end-user experience.
Next, we lower costs by owning and maintaining our own parking construction equipment and formwork, which we use to prefabricate all of our formwork in a controlled environment before starting construction. Then, we stay on schedule by managing a team of craft professionals with years of structured parking construction experience.
A Tool to Meet Unique Needs
Every parking structure has unique challenges: access, setbacks, height limits, working around existing facilities or other construction projects — you name it. But all parking structures have one need in common: create a secure and convenient experience for every end-user. We believe owners deserve a great experience, too. That’s why we created a collaborative design solutions tool, McCARTHY SITESHIFT™ Parking, to conceptualize unique parking structures that can be customized and tailored to your needs and location.
