Antonya Williams

Antonya Williams currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for McCarthy Holdings, Inc. In her role, she will ensure the company's strategic priorities are reflected in how work is planned, prioritized and executed. Antonya is the McCarthy Anchor Campus design and construction lead, working closely with the design-build and executive leadership team to bring the vision to life. With nearly two decades of experience, Antonya holds invaluable industry knowledge, relationships, and strategic foresight.      

She has held many diverse roles since joining McCarthy, including project engineer, project manager, director of design integration and leading the Southwest Education Business Unit and region’s business development and marketing team. Before assuming her current position, Antonya served as chief strategy officer for McCarthy’s Southwest region. 

She was previously the executive sponsor of McCarthy’s Partnership for Women, an employee resource group, and previously served as the executive sponsor for McCarthy’s Heart Hats® program which focuses on community giving. She also served as the Vice Chair and Chair of the ACE Mentor Program of Arizona for 10 years.  

Antonya has been recognized by Engineering News-Record, AZ Business and AZRE magazines, and Phoenix Business Journal for her leadership and industry contributions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from California State University, Chico, and has completed executive education in Executive Development at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Strategy through Harvard Business School Executive Education.
