Brett Foster

Brett Foster serves as the Vice President of Business Development for McCarthy’s National Renewable Energy group, leading the cultivation and strengthening of partnership across the renewable energy sector. Drawing on over 10 years of industry experience, Brett brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to his role, ensuring that clients receive innovative, tailored solutions from the earliest stages of project development. 

Starting his career at McCarthy as an intern in 2013 and ultimately an estimator in 2014, Brett’s deep expertise in preconstruction has been instrumental in the success of numerous high-profile renewable energy projects. His collaborative approach and technical acumen make him a trusted advisor to clients and a valued leader within McCarthy. 

Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is certified by the American Institute of Constructors and has completed OSHA 30-Hour training, underscoring his commitment to safety and professional excellence.
