Cal Aboud is a Business Development Manager for McCarthy’s National Water Business Unit, supporting strategic pursuits and cultivating long-term client relationships across the Southwest water market.
Since joining the Water team, Cal has become a key partner to operations and preconstruction leaders, helping coordinate market outreach and pursuit strategy across regional teams.
Cal also plays an active role in the Arizona water community, supporting McCarthy’s presence at the AZ Water Conference, coordinating exhibit activities, and helping lead networking efforts such as the Women in Water Happy Hour.
Cal earned his bachelor’s in business from Arizona State University.
