Cathy Orquiola

Cathy brings more than 30 years of construction leadership experience and a strong track record of building high-performing teams, growing new markets and leading complex operations at scale.  

Drawing on her extensive experience across concrete, civil, electrical, and steel, Cathy serves as executive sponsor for the McCarthy’s Self-Perform Leadership Team, partnering with regional and national leaders to collaborate, share best practices and continue to enhance the capabilities that propel McCarthy forward on its path to be the Best Builder in America. In addition to her passion for the craft of building, she also has extensive experience in the data center market and works closely with McCarthy’s Mission Critical leadership team. 

Cathy is a proven builder and accomplished leader with experience scaling large operations on complex projects across multiple delivery models. She is also passionate about giving back. She is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has served on the national ACE Mentor Program of America board. Cathy holds a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
