Erin Valentine

Since joining McCarthy in 2001, Erin has worked closely with the firm’s clients and project teams to develop new solutions to enhance project delivery and consistently deliver construction projects in all markets across McCarthy’s Central Region. As Senior Vice President of Strategy, Erin collaborates with McCarthy’s regional executive team to shape the firm’s strategy to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage and grows shareholder value, regionally and nationally. With a background leading McCarthy project teams and business units over the past two decades, Erin’s diverse experience and insights drive exceptional outcomes for both McCarthy clients and McCarthy partners.

Erin is an advocate for women in the construction industry, including McCarthy’s Partnership for Women resource group. She is also actively involved with numerous organizations including, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s Development Board, and the Ursuline Education Foundation. Erin holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Louis University and a master's in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
