Joe Jouvenal

Joe Jouvenal currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer. In this role, he is responsible for executing McCarthy’s highest strategic priorities, ensuring key initiatives remain aligned, well-governed, and focused on measurable business results. 

Joe began his McCarthy career in 1998 as a project engineer and has since held numerous field and leadership roles, including project manager and project director. He joined the Dallas office as vice president of operations in 2012 and advanced through several executive leadership positions before being named Southern Region president in 2019.  

In 2022, Joe became McCarthy Holdings, Inc.’s first chief administrative officer, overseeing the firm’s corporate departments and strengthening collaboration across offices to support the organization’s growth and scale. He was named chief operating officer in 2024. 

An active advocate for industry and workforce development, Joe serves on the board of the Children’s Health of Dallas Foundation and is involved with the Dallas Citizens Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
