Natalie Carroll

Natalie Carroll is a Manager of Business Development for McCarthy’s Education Business Unit in the Southwest Region.  

With a strong dedication to advancing educational opportunities, Natalie plays a key role in fostering and sustaining partnerships with K-12 school districts, career and technical education (CTE) school districts, and community colleges across Arizona. She is actively engaged in supporting school bond and override campaigns, serving as a district champion for multiple school districts where she helps drive community engagement and support for critical education initiatives.  

Natalie is recognized for her collaborative approach and her involvement in a wide range of industry and community events, such as the Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) meetings, business advisory boards, and education foundation fundraisers.  

Her background in mechanical operations and self-perform construction brings a unique perspective to her business development work, allowing her to bridge technical expertise with client-focused solutions.  

Known for her commitment to workforce development and mentorship, Natalie is passionate about building strong relationships with educators, students, and community partners. Her efforts help shape McCarthy’s approach to operational excellence and community impact in education construction, ensuring that projects deliver lasting value to Arizona’s schools and local communities.
