Paul Connolly serves as Business Development Director and is responsible for managing the client services, marketing, and business development across Houston and the broader Texas Gulf Coast region, while also developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with strategic clients. Paul possesses strong ties to the local market and brings a depth of experience in both the public and private sectors.
With more than 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, Paul brings a well-rounded perspective to development, design, and construction delivery. Driven by a passion for building strong partnerships and delivering an extraordinary client experience, he is a trusted resource helping clients in the healthcare, higher education, municipal, and commercial markets. Paul is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, and the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) Houston Chapter.
Paul earned his BBA and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word.
