Ross Edwards

Ross Edwards serves as Regional President for McCarthy’s Northern Pacific Region, providing strategic leadership that supports clients, partners, and project teams across the region. He brings a broad operational perspective shaped by leading complex, high-profile work across western markets, and he is focused on strengthening relationships, advancing project excellence, and positioning teams to deliver successful outcomes throughout the Northern Pacific Region. 

Previously, Ross served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Leader for McCarthy’s Nevada operations in Las Vegas, where he built a strong record of operational excellence, team development, and results-driven leadership. With more than two decades of construction industry experience and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Ross brings broad experience leading large, complex projects and the teams that deliver them. In his leadership, he is focused on helping shape McCarthy’s future by building a durable, high-performing business that creates distinctive client value, develops the next generation of leaders, and advances the culture of trust and accountability that defines the company. 

Ross is known for a collaborative leadership style, strong operational discipline, and a consistent focus on team development and client service. He brings experience leading complex organizations, aligning teams around shared goals, and creating the structure and support needed to deliver successful outcomes across a wide range of projects. As Regional President, he is focused on serving McCarthy’s Northern Pacific Region by strengthening partnerships, developing talent, and helping teams deliver exceptional results.
